MOTLEY OWL BLOG HOP REVEAL

I was one of the lucky winners of one of  Erin Prais-Hintz of Simple Truths Motley Crew Owls which she gave to Lorelei and she in turn gave them to 5 winners.  This is what I created with my owl.  I used seed beads and freshwater pearls on one side and made a little loop that would accommodate my button.  On the other side I used more freshwater pearls and some of my sweet pea sparkle beads and finished it with a sterling silver hammered ring.  For the back of the necklace I used beautiful handmade silk ribbon by Silk Life Studio.  I finished this side with my own lampwork button and wrapped the silk with silver wire.  I hope you like him.  Check out the other owl designs through links at Lorelei's blog HERE.

Thanks Lorelei for hosting this fun blog hop.  I had a great time designing this necklace!

Enjoy your day,

Raida

P.S. - Don't forget to leave a comment on my previous post for a chance to win a set of my new sparkle headpins.
